Israel loves Iran – one of the best campaigns I’ve seen!

I am filled with admiration for Ronny Edry, who started the campaign Israel loves Iran. He is a graphic designer who lives in Tel Aviv and has set his mind to show people in Iran that he doesn’t want war.

I am writing a book about social media, so I interviewed Ronny. His message is simple: if people on both sides of a war communicate with each other, it becomes harder to keep fighting. The more images we get of life in an enemy country, the easier it is to understand how similar we are. Social media is the tool that makes his campaign possible.

I live and work on Gotland, Sweden’s biggest island, right in the middle of the Baltic Sea. I’m interested in many things and somehow I happened to start four blogs with different content.

Asa In the Middle of the World is in English and is also about life on this island, but the content has changed to be more about Apple. I’m very interested in Apple and since 1989 I’m a Happy Apple User.
